My rating is pertianing to my overall experience. First of all, I had a 1:20 pm appointment that whomever scheduled it, did not secure it. I was told I can still get my car serviced but I didn't know I would be the LAST car out. I didn't like that. I sat in the line waiting to pull in for almost 30 minutes. I never was given a call or an update while I waited. The service advisor appeared extremely busy and swamped which I don't hold that against her. In the past, I have had excellent experiences and customer service. This just happens to be an "off" day I guess. Hopefully, the next visit will be a better experience.Finally, the coupon was VERY misleading. It stated $49.99, but I was informed that only only covered two quarts of synthetic oil. I ended up paying $70 for an oil change.Judy Harris
