I had a very pleasant experience . Debbie assisted me even though I had an appointment with Vic. She saw that I was waiting for a period of time because Vic was tied up with another customer. Everything went well. I didn’t receive a text message but discovered that I had apparently ‘opted out’ of text messages.

I think the appointment system is not working because you have to wait too long to check in and pick up your car which makes the service not good, but my Service person Vic was really awesome
