Paul Williams was very personable. He's very knowledgeable and attentive.I can tell, he's earnest about his job and has excellent Customer Service skills.He took his time to show us the vehicle(s) of interest. He also took the time to deliver the vehicle to my granddaughter, who lives 45 minutes to an hour away. He captured the moment in a video for us. We were overjoyed. My experience was exceptional from beginning to end.

I called Chris who was originally assisting locating the vehicle in the color I thought I wanted. Chris was not in when I called to let him know we were on our way to test drive a different color hybrid vehicle. When my husband and I got to the dealership, my husband got out of our car and immediately went over to the Venzas. I went inside where I was approached by Chan Jones who professionally and cheerfully introduced himself and offered his assistance. I explained that Chris had reached out to me and I had spoken to him a few times. Chan went to the manager to let him know what I told him because I am loyal to those who offer me good service. Chan told me that since Chris was not in he "was it". Chan let us look at and test drive a RAV4 and Venza Hybrid. I test drove RAV4 and it was a good quiet drive. When we got back from the test drive, I got on the driver's side of the Venza and without even staring the vehicle, I was able to adjust the seat to comfortably be able to see over the dash and feel comfortable to drive it. I allowed my husband to test drive the Venza. Chan had showed us the feature available on both vehicles before the test drives. One of the features was how the battery for hybrid vehicles automatically charges itself and gas is only used when your feet are on the gas pedal and get to a certain miles. Another feature that attracted me is the privacy cover in the back of the vehicle to keep from whatever is back there being exposed to anyone looking in from the outside. This feature comes with the vehicle. Some other makes of vehicles we looked at that feature is not included in the price. After deciding on the vehicle, I told Chan I'd gotten a discount through a business I am involved in. Chan went to the manager and had him pull an offer. I was able to go through the business and get an offer that was lower than the one the manager has gotten. Our offer was accepted and we decided finance through our credit union. I got a buyer's order and took it to the credit union which had to be revised several times and we were accommodated each time professionally and expediently. Chan left a voicemail message to inquire about the time we were expected to come to finalize the purchase but we were not able to complete everything at the credit union until Monday. Frankie sent a link for me to pay $1000.00 of the $10,000.00 we were planning to pay as a deposit to hold the vehicle because we were not able to complete everything at the credit and get the check prior to Saturday when we initially planned to pick up the vehicle. We picked up our new vehicle on Monday and we are enjoying driving it. We're still learning more about it. All of the staff that we worked with have made this experience unforgettable and pleasant.Thanks.

Brian Hatfield was my service advisor for the day and he was super nice and professional. He answered all my questions as far as what the importance of a transmission check is, checked my tires and gave me a quote on some new ones because mine are getting pretty bad. Went to this location because I got a coupon in the mail for a $34.95 oil change. Usually I pay $100 at valvoline so I was extremely happy to only pay $40 after tax here. Definitely had a great experience here.
