Everyone we dealt with at Nally was just wonderful, especially our salesman, Eric. There were others who provided us with lunch and water while we waited, and all the staff, greeters, etc. were very responsive. We were able to come to a price that was good for us. We definitely recommend your dealership.

This is the second time I’ve taken my 2021 Highlander to Nalley for scheduled maintenance. My advisor was Mikala Reeves. It appears that the services were performed as he stated and apologized for the delay in the time it took to perform the service due to several staff members in the shop had not shown up for work. I will return to Nalley for the next scheduled check and hopefully it will be fully staffed.
