The young lady that checked my car in was wonderful and she gets a 5-star rating from me. I'm sure what happened was out of her control and I appreciate her efforts. I arrived early for my 7:00 appt. (oil change service and a recall service). After 10:00, I was told the recall portion wasn't done because of the time it would take to do it and that I would have to make another appointment during the week. The appointment was made on-line, and I put in the recall information. Does anyone read the information for appointments? I could have been notified before the appointment date that Saturday wasn't a good time for the recall appointment. I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when my appointment was scheduled for 7:00am.
