My experience this week with Toyota was great. My car was serviced and ready in a timely manner. My advisor were very, very helpful even helped me with a coupon for a discount. Excellent people!

Malachi did a great job getting my vehicle inspected quickly, and provided excellent communication the entire time.

I was able to schedule a service appointment the same day for my oil change. After my tires were rotated and a couple of filters were replaced as suggested, I was checked out in a reasonable time frame by Deb, my service rep.

Toyota Rep was courteous and professional. She provided an accurate time of completing service and cost.

The appointment was made, additional item requested in addition to six month service. All completed in timely fashion as I waited. the service agent was most helpful in suggestions to keep my vehicle in good condition.

My experience was AWESOME. Excellent customer service.
