Always professional and curtious

It did take two separate days and a total of two hours just to get checked into what became two separate appointment s. However the gentlemen greeting us in line the first day, then Deb the second day, made the wait easier to digest. Deb really went above and beyond in her service and maintained great communication while my car was being service. She anticipated questions and needs and was very personable.

The service was good that was presented by Deb. I like the manner in which I was updated even though I had to spend additional money. Moreover, I appreciated that my projected time of competition came earlier. Thanks!

Deb was phenomenal! She was the only service representative that acknowledged me when I arrived to get my vehicle serviced. When she spoke, she had a smile on her face, and welcomed the opportunity to help me. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very accommodating. She represents service with a smile!
