I went in for my 20,000 mile checkup and the people were so professional and courteous. My wait time was under a hour. Thank you for the great service!

No response, I wish I had used my discount. A little expensive I am a senior.

I took my truck in and I waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I don’t think it takes that long. They did give me a car wash and I was appreciative for it but I wish it wouldn’t took so long for an oil change and riel rotation. Note I did have an appointment as well.

Good service y very fast

I am very thankful for my experience and send kudos to my service advisor. However, I miss the days when the service advisor would let me know within the first hour of bringing my car in for a scheduled appointment what else (if anything) that my car needed done. I miss receiving the paper with the red-yellow-green indications of what was checked (fluids, tires, etc.) I miss the checking on me after two hours of waiting to see if I wanted popcorn or if I knew how to use the coffee machine. Those customer service days are gone, and I miss them.
