I had an appointment at 4, but did not reach a service rep until 4:20. I didn't expect the vist to go well at this point. However, Nate was able to swoop in and save the day (with the help of mystery faries in the back). I sat down and started completing paperwork for my job and was surprised when I was being called to pick up my car prior to 5! Fastest service I ever had at this location and my car was washed too, thanks Nate!
