My experience was good for the most part. When I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait for nearly 10 minutes before a service rep checked me in. However, once I was checked in, everything went smoothly, and I was given excellent service and a detailed account of my service. Also, my rep provided me with a comprehensive account of my future repair work.
