Have been in the market for a Rav4 for over a month now. Patiently waiting and finally paid off. Caleb & Agustin helped deliver the perfect rav4 we were completely satisfied with.

I arrived at the Service Center @ 9:25am. My appointment was scheduled for 9:40am. The line of cars were outside the entrance door. By 9:45am a young man came walking down to let us all know that they were short of advisors (there was only 2 working this morning) and he apologized for the wait. By 9:51am (Yes, I was watching the time), an advisor came to my window to assist me. He informed me that it would be around an hour wait (I was getting an oil change & tire rotation). Exactly an hour and 5 minutes, I received an email stating that “my vehicle was ready for pick up.” I walked up to one of the gentleman sitting in one of the short center cubicles. He was texting on his cell phone and looked up once I said Hello. I informed him that I had just received a text that my vehicle was ready can I pay him. He looks at me as if I had disturbed his texting (no greeting, nothing) and says,”What was the name of your Advisor?” I informed him that I had no idea, he didn’t tell me his name.” He then asked me “What did he look like?” I described the man per my memory and he then said that he’s in one of the offices OVER THERE, pointing in the direction that I needed to look at. Once I found the advisor, I told him what the employee had asked me, then I asked him was he supposed to tell me his name when he checked my car in? The advisor said, “Oh didn’t I tell you my name, it’s Raphael. I told him that he didn’t give me his name. Raphael was extremely nice/friendly. It was raining that day, even though I had my own umbrella, he was courteous enough to go retrieve my vehicle and drive it up to the door for me. This experience won’t stop me from going back to Nalley Toyota. I live in Stone Mountain but I feel that I receive better service from this dealership than the Stone Mountain dealership.
