I think the manager for used car willy is the best ever. He make sure customers are well taken care of. i think he should be the director of that place he is very professional in what he does

I had a wonderful experience. Paul helped me to keep the car I was interested in for a couple of days. I appreciated that!! He was professional, respectful and has good knowledge about the car I bought. Also Eric helped me. He took time to sit in the car with me to show me all the features. Very happy with purchase. I will recommend to others that might be looking to find a new (used) car. After I purchased the car I thought I had a serious problem. Eric was patient with me and we discovered that it was not what I thought. Much to my relief. He was also kind enough to tell me to call anytime!!

As usual my customer experience was suburb! MALIKI was friendly and professionally greeted me with a smile. He explained the service I was receiving and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service!

Service was okay. I didn’t like that I was told we can get you better and in reality it was a hard hit on my credit for no reason because I came with my own funding. Outside of that my guy was good, I just know for future reference all dealerships will push the envelope!
