Will the manager and Chan and Bruce was AMAZING. Really worked with me to ensure I got a car the same day. It’s my first car and it’s way nicer than I expected. I appreciate them all and owe them. I like that the mechanic is very honest with my Totoya vehicle about the issues he found. I also enjoyed renting the vehicle at no cost while the mechanic was trying to work on my vehicle at the day of service. I was just responsible for the gasoline I used during the 4 day rental. The salesperson and customer service met my expectations. Before we left Friday I asked Caleb the salesperson what time are you open on Saturday. He said "830 to 6". I said oh okay thanks. The only thing I was disappointed was that on Saturday when I arrived there at 5pm the few mechanics left said they were closed at 4pm. We had made an extra trip to Tyrone. We lived an hour away from the dealership. My husband asked they were open Sunday. He said No but Monday they are open at 7am even on a hoilday. My husband and I went back Monday morning around 9am to returned the rented vehicle with the gas filled up. We received the invoice and paid for the services on our car. The salesperson asked me what I decided in terms of keeping my vehicle or trading it in or something else. I decided to keep my vehicle and not to trade in a different one. I am happy with my car and repair.

The level of customer service was outstanding and the wait time was awesome!!!!!
