We worked with Paul Williams who was very friendly. He was easy to talk with and has mastered the art of pressing his case for a sale without being the least bit obnoxious. I can see why he is a top seller at this location.It took us several days, a visit, emails, texts, and phone calls, but eventually we were able to make a deal that was agreed to by the business manager. We feel like everyone got a win, and we would be happy to recommend the dealership at this location to friends.

I was very satisfied with my visit to the service department. Matthew, my service coordinator on this visit explained all that needed to be performed on my Alvalon at this time and why. When all agreed upon services were completed he gave me a call and all work was completed on time.

There were quite a few folks there seeking service! Although I arrived before my service check-in time, I resigned myself to realizing that it may be a while before my car would be serviced (tires rotation). Surprise, surprise!... Around 1ish pm, I received the news that my car was ready to go plus I had received a free car wash. THANK YOU!, Toyota!
