The service is always good and my advisor, Malachi was quite pleasant. Earl, the service tech left the plastic on the seat and the paper mats which left me having to personally take off and find a place to dispose it which was a bit inconvenient to say the least

Not very pleased with having to walk through the parking lot to find my car and on top of that had to take the plastic off my seat and trash the paper mat. I asked for a car wash and it look like they just watered the car down.
