As always I had GREAT considerate, and fast service

I had a new throttlebody put in in June 2022. I kept having intermittent check engine light. I took it back to Toyota thinking it might be a bad throttle body they found out it was an aftermarket PVC valve. Toyota found an old one laying around that they say is in good condition and put it in and did not charge me for it. The check engine light has not come back on. I plan on getting a new PCV valve put on. I am reading Toyota with four stars for this visit because they did not even offer me the option of putting on a new one.

Despite being short on staff my service advisor took the time to assess my vehicle's immediate service needs. He helped me make the right decision, which prevented me from waiting for repairs longer than necessary. I really appreciated the respect for my time and honesty about the process.

I love the service and the guy that attended to is very competent but I expected the technician to inflate my tires but no .....
