I've going to Toyota of Newnan for years, but I decided to give Toyota in union city a try, I arrived ready for a long wait for my vehicle to be serviced (toy of Newnan trains you for that) Vince greeted me and he was nice, professional, and fast taking notes, I went to the waiting area and was getting comfortable for a rough day, I was with my baby and he was just waking up, I got my coffee and got my baby's bottle ready, he finished so fast and I was about to take my first sip when Vince came over with a great smile and said" Sir your car is ready" what in my head sounded like "what services are you here for?" And I quickly responded excuse me? And Vince handed me my keys, I thought he was kidding, and I asked very confused, is it really done? Vince said yes sir! Having your vehicle serviced with a 7 months old baby and trying to get through your morning is not fun, but this experience made my day, made it easy for me and my baby, and I'm deeply grateful for that, you guys got a new customer! I had an appointment with Rafael, but was helped by Vic. I had a lot to get service with my car. Vic did a great job overall and helped me stay close to my budget. There was an unexpected service that caused me to be at the dealership longer, but every employee that walked by made sure I was okay. A manager in sales gifted me with a gift card due to my long wait. I received great customer service. I felt like I was in good hands.

Getting a drive out price up front was awesome. Chan was super helpful, five stars for him. He walked us through several things we needed and helped us print some of the documents on short notice. The only thing was that we had to wait for quite a while for the financing manager to get to us because one of them wasn't in the office that day.
