Bartley Moore was outstanding. He was very detailed and informative about the service needed for vehicle. Vehicle is in excellent condition after performed service.

Nalley Toyota Union City makes getting my car serviced a simple easy task. If I come first thing in the morning I am usually in and out fairly quickly. Rafael has been my advisor for almost 2 years now and he is amazing. He communicates very well and I always trust his judgement because I know he is doing what's best for me as a customer and not what's going to make them more money. I would always ask for Rafael if you visit this location (the other staff is great too... I've had other people help me in the past and received great service). I just feel Rafael goes above and beyond and he is a valuable asset to the Nalley Toyota team.
