Thjs was the best car buying experience for me, beginning with the first call to BJ after seeing the car online to the purchase at the dealer to the delivery to my home because I lived close by and could not drive two cars. Everyone was pleasant and not in that fake sales people way. They had really good connections with each other and me. The whole process took about four hours and that includes me being lost for about an hour because I went the wrong way on 138. I am happy with purchase and the price and that car is sitting outside as I write. I was at another dealer Saturday where I did not buy the car and the difference was like night and day. If you know what you want and you see it at Nalley, go talk to them. It worked out very well for me.
