There was a delay in the check-in process. However, upon arrival I was greeted and my vehicle was prepped with protective coverings. Vic was friendly and communicative. As promised, I was apprised via text of recommended maintenance and was able to select online my desired maintenance services. I was offered to have my car washed, but was in a rush at pickup. Nice touch!
