The reason for my less than perfect score is the length of time it took for me to check in on a pre scheduled appointment. 45 minutes to an hour is not acceptable to wait in line for an appointment visit to be checked in.

AJ was a rockstar in keeping me informed about the new Toyota hybrid inventory that came in. Once I selected and preordered a vehicle, AJ helped me complete everything I needed over the phone, through email and text to ensure that I only spent 20 minutes top in the store. Union City is an hour away from me and I have a newborn and toddler that was in tow.
