I arrived a few minutes before scheduled. No one greeted me up arrival. I stepped out my car and still no one greeted me. Now it’s 15 minutes into my appointment and finally Mr. Earl came and assisted me, he was nice and pleasant. My car was finish in 58 minutes so less than an hour.
