This was my first time using Nalley to service my 2020 Rav 4. Deb was an amazing Service Advisor. She greeted me with a smile. She was warm and very professional, and kept me informed. It appeared as if she loved what she does. I'm sure all the Advisors at Nalley are nice however, I'm sticking with Deb.

I was very with being able to get in for an appointment and not having to wait long to get my car service. The service rep was very knowledgeable and explained everything from beginning to the end.

Deb Freeman was excellent. She made sure that my 2 cars received their required services, as per the Mfr's schedule. She made sure the invoices reflected all the inspection points, as well as checked and signed my maintenance record booklet. She was honest with recommended services, but was not at all pushy. To have a dealer experience where you leave feeling like you can trust their word is very comforting. Credit goes to Deb! Thanks!
