I had an appointment at 9:00am. I was greeted by Mr.Bartley which I had appointment with. He was professional and excellent customer service skills. I came in for Oil change and tire rotation. He explained everything to me and what the mechanic would be checking. I was out in less than an hour. I had one problem there was oil stains on my passenger seat.
