This was my first time having my car service there since I bought my car, outstanding! Thank You

I have tried to use other Toyota locations for service but they don't measure up to this location. I feel at peace when I visit and all of my issues will be cared for. The staff is always pleasant. Bartley was so great. He could tell I was agitated when he checked me in. He was so pleasant on our 1st interaction I forgot why I was agitated. I will ask for Bartley again. I will refer my friends to this location.

Earl was my service coordinator. Did a nice job. Auto now has sticker to show when next oil change is due with mileage...Forgot to give me last time. Earl did tell me that tires were rotated and fluids filled and hoses checked etc, but was not put on printout with oil change. Always has been before...Should be listed..Have been coming to toyota, union city for years. Stay cool.
