First of all, this is my first experience with Nalley. Everyone from the receptionist to the GM was first class. They treated me with care and respect. I was given the red carpet treatment. They listened to me showed me the cars that I would be interested in. After a test drive and some descriptive information about the vehicle I liked, I made the purchase. Their financing department has a “win for the customer” attitude. They made sure I paid what I wanted to pay. They worked for me. In my best interest.
