I recently moved to a new residence but had always used Nalley Stonecrest. This was my first visit to Union City and I am satisfied with the services received. Vic understood my request and was very professional throughout the process. One noticeable difference is that Stonecrest Toyota would always pull my car around when ready; whereas at Union City, I had to walk out to the parking lot to get my car.

I'm purchased a car here twice at this dealership. Two Corolla SE's for both of my daughters. I received outstanding service even better this time. Michael (Sales Manager) and Luis (Salesman) went above and beyond! Michael had the car cleaned inside out and kept in touch with me the whole time. He even did a video to show me the immaculate job they did. Without me having to put anything down, Michael held the car for me 7 days bc me and my husband couldn't come until then. They even cleaned my husband's Denali for free! When we arrived to purchase my daughter's car, Luis was the 1st one to approach us asking if we need any help. I knew than he would be our salesman. He is a young guy with a lot of experience. Luis showed me features to the car I didn't even know about bc I bought the same style for my other daughter a year back.
