I had made a vow to never return to this particular dealership due to the poor service I received over the couple of years! However, I changed my mind after the excellent experience with Bartley in the Service Department and the great job the technicians performed. I will return to have my car serviced! This was the first time they took the time to give my car a car wash in which I was told is customary for Toyota dealership! They get an A+ rating from me for turning it around!

My service agent was fantastic. I don’t know her name but she was courteous and knowledgeable.

Always prompt, good service. I feel like they care and honor the contract. The young man also explained the contract, how milage effects it. He wrote out the dates to bring the car back in for service.
