Earl was excellent very knowledgeable he was patience and made sure I understood.I had an appointment I was seen in a timely manner I need some additional ional work in a couple weeks and I am planning to call Earl and schedule I have been dealing with Toyota for few years purchase two 4 runner’s customer service was beginning to decline but this visit was like the old customer care Excellent I hope it continue welcome back.
