Although there were some difficulties with power outages, Steve was able to get me in the schedule in a pinch (thank you so much!), and Deb was very communicative in the status of my car, going the extra mile to contact me directly from her own personal cell and keep me posted on how everything was going. Thank you all for making my experience a smooth one even though there were unforseen issues that could have really impacted the service that I had that day. You all were awesome!
