I did not have an appointment, but my situation was a serious one. My check engine light came on, so I had to get my car repaired right away. It took a while, but I need my car, so I waited until it was repaired. The associate was very professional and friendly. I was given what needed to be repaired and given the price. I agreed and they repaired my car, and I was on my home. A job well done.
