My service was excellent. Mrs. Deb at desk #6 was awesome. Fantastic customer service and just an all around great person. I didn’t feel like she was only doing her job I feel like she was a friend I’ve know for a long while. She was just awesome and very friendly. Thank you again Mrs. Deb and the Toyota team.

First off, Rafael is a phenomenal employee! I bought my vehicle at your location amd have had every service at your location...because of Rafael! I understand that he just got promoted. Most excellent for him and a wise decision by you! He will do you all proud I'm positive! All employees at your location have been professional and courteous in every instance. My service person Rafael displayed great customer service . He thoroughly checked what may need to be done to the car as if we were having any issues and provided the information to the technician further he was very considerate of our time and let us know the wait time we were facing. Rafael also provide contact information and responded when I text him. Bu far best experience at Toyota to date.
