Bartley was the only reason I even gave 4 stars. The first person that helped me was so bad that I almost left completely dissatisfied. Bartley was Nalley Toyota' s saving grace. The first person was inept at communicating and just walked away from me with no resolution whatsoever, didn't get a manager to help resolve the issue. Nothing. Had I not approached Connor Bartley and he did all that he could to rectify the experience and succeeded. You are lucky to have him. I would fire the other guy
