I appreciated that an adjustment to my bill was made in compensation for the long wait I experienced (3 hours) for an oil change and routine 65000 mile check, despite having made an appointment. The agent helping me was very considerate and apologetic for the the long wait.

The service was as expected…great! My Service Representative was courteous and helpful. The only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke and someone’s personal mail in my vehicle, when I picked it up from the dealership.
