Everything was great as usual! I waited about an hour but they were super busy and had been all day. I was stuck in traffic and showed up 15mins late and my tech was still super nice and friendly. The building was very clean including the bathrooms. I had no problem waiting and was surprised they were done so quickly as busy as they were. I bought my car over a year ago and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of Nalley Toyota of Union City.

My car was accidentally damage on the premises while getting an oil change, the service lane manager by the name of Rafael Correia worked with diligently, professionally and respectfully even though I was upset, Kudos to a man of his word, I appreciate and Thank him for doing so, Thank you Mr.Correia, I know accidents happen, first time at Nalley/Toyota.
