The experience was great. I was addressed upon arrival with positive energy and great customer service. Everything was explained to me very well, and the details of my services were also explained. My appointment time was honored, which is rare, and the communication was fairly well. The only feedback I’d give is to technicians to at least place items removed from the seats to be placed back. I saw the inside of my car and it seems like a tornado hit it because they needed to move things around so it was slightly inconvenient to have to rearrange and clean up after that.
