Very long visit just to get 4 tires with an appointment. No matter what my visit is appointment or not . I am here for hours. You tell me 2 hours it is always 3 or 4.5 hours.

The service was good, as always. But my scheduled appointment still required a 2.5 hour wait-for a routine oil change.

My service advisor was the best. She got me out within an hour. I told her my last experience there and it took almost 3 hours for a service. She assured me I would be out in about an hour. Thanks Deb.
