It took a while but the young lady that checked me in was so incredibly nice that having to wait didn't feel so bad. Her professionalism made the difference in my day. She helped me find a restaurant to eat at ..while waiting for my car and she went over and beyond to make my stay pleasant THANKS YOUNG LADY.
