this is my second purchase from Nalley Toyota Union city and the experience was well done with AJ Jiminez, and Paul Williams Finance manager. I was able to get the exact car I wanted in a timely manner. AJ was available for questions around the clock

My visit at Nalley Toyota was a success. I was able to find a vehicle comfortable enough to drive coming from a car. My choice was a SUV Rav4 Hybrid. The salesman was excellent with helping me and explaining everything. He was very knowledgeable about Rav4 Hybrid.

I arrived at my appointment for an oil change on time and was checked in. The technician gave an estimated wait time of 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. It took more than 2 hours. That wasn't inconvenient because I used my wait time to complete class assignments. I asked for and got a "quick" carwash which looked like a quick 1-minute wetness on the car's sides. If the business states they will give car washes, at least wet it thoroughly and use cloths to scrub the dirt off. If the business wants to charge for a real car wash that is fine but squirting water on it and leaving it is not good thoughtful customer service. After all, the customers pay the business a lot of money for services - even the ones recommended and not needed at the time.
