Quick visit to Nalley for a headlight replacement. I scheduled an appointment for 10:20 and drive right in; however my wait to give them my vehicle was longer then I thought it would be. When talking to the rep I inquired about how long the service would take because I needed to pick my kids up from school at 1:30. He assured me that he would take care of me right away, and that is exactly what he did! I was worried that I would have to come back, but he had my car serviced and pulled back around within an hour and no charge for the headlight! Their service is always top notch which is why I will always return! An added benefit is that they support HBCUs. Thank you Nalley!!!

I arrived early and was greeted reasonably promptly. The service manager took care of my issue and returned my truck to me fairly quickly. The servicing technician did leave the plastic steering wheel cover, plastic seat cover, and paper floor mat on the covered items in the truck after servicing, which was not that big a deal for me to remove. It's just that has never happened in all of the other service jobs I've given to Nalley.
