The service on my Toyota Camry was completed in a timely manner and the service tech was very pleasant in helping me.

Rafael is the best. He really puts the customer first, and provides honest and reasonable requests. I'm glad to see he is still there, and that the turnover rate of employees seems to have dropped off. I hope he stays, even with his long commute.

Nalley was very responsive to my needs, They got my business because they were more responsive than other dealers. The salesperson Lora Wilson was excellent - very patient and hel[pful in light of the numerous delays. The only complaint is other dealers later offered, after I had committed to Union City, to build the exact car/features I wanted but Nalley just found one that had different features than the ones I really wanted.

The Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem of the vehicle.
