I was a little disappointed that I did not receive quality service. My antenna was on the seat on the passenger side. I got a new battery, nothing was reset. Maybe I am mistaken, but I thought the tech or mechanic would be put things back in place. My brakes are now making this squeaking sound when I stop. That was not happening before I got new front brakes. It smells like something is burning. I know that it is possible that oil may have spill on the engine. Over all, the quality of the service was not what I am used to.

I took a chance and drove a good way to visit. Can’t say how nice it was to find things exactly as advertised, if not even better. Friendly people across the board, very professional feel to the whole place, and really nice, inviting environment. I had a specific car in mind and they happened to have the precise match. They worked out a great price for me over the phone, and when I got there they made the entire buying experience quick, easy, and painless. Overall great experience, and hands down the best part was our salesman — Be'Jon (“BJ”) Rudder. BJ is friendly, sincere, easy going, and smart — he gets it. As a rule, I don’t like buying cars, but I highly recommend buying from BJ and Nalley Toyota Union City!

I came for regular servicing and got my transmission fluid changed. They found other issues and were repaired. Deb the service advisor was very thorough, accommodating and transparent about it all.
