I did not have to wait long after I arrived to get my car serviced. The only complaint I have was when the service was complete, no one seemed to know where my car was. I was sent outside to get my car and I had to look several minutes to try to find it. All the while it was still inside the service building.

Customer service was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, I am accustom from other dealerships of receiving my vehicles back in a clean (at least the outside) condition...meaning rinsed and/or washed off, and the driver's seat and/or floor covered with sheets.
