My service advisor (Ki) was just great. She listened to my concerns and came up with suggestions to meet my needs. She followed up when and how she said she would, and in a very timely manner. She was also extremely personable, and my interaction with her made all the difference in my visit. That alone sold me on the experience and makes me want to go back!
