I told Rafael, the person who helped me, everything that happened with my car and he was able to assist me specifically to what I needed. Not only that, but he helped arrange transportation so I could go home and get ready for work and then come back to pick up my vehicle once my service was complete. He was extremity helpful and resourceful and transparent about my car’s service requirements. I arrived very early in the morning and still had a few cars in front of me so I do recommend getting there early, even with appointment. Best Toyota Dealership experience I’ve ever had!!

I love coming here I get all my services done here always since I bought my car 3 years ago my recent experience was horrible in the slightest customer service is always exceptional but with this last visit there was some rushing I guess because I had to return to have the service required fixed back, I usually get a new sticker to let me know when to return I still have the old and lastly I don’t get the papers to let me know where im at on my services like what I may need next so I suggest they just take a few more seconds to inspect
