Outstanding job, keep up the great work

The last visit for car service was not the best; in fact it was terrible. The tech was polite however there appeared to be a communication issue between the service tech and repair tech. I ended up being there 5 hours plus. The most recent service visit was a complete opposite and I was in and out quickly. My only concern is the service tech stated my tire service light would "cycle off" and so far it hasn't. He did state if it didn't to bring it back. That said, I don't have the time to go back and forth but believe there's a malfunction. I do believe the tech appeared to be genuine and I'd like to give credit where it is due. Therefore, I'm scoring the experience 5 star based on the service tech's efforts to make the experience better.

My time is very valuable and I love the fact that this location had me in and out quickly! Keep up the good work

The service agent was great! She was professional and courteous. She let me know when my car was ready and it was before I expected it. Great service!
