Very pleased with the service

This was by far the best experience I’ve had with Nalley Toyota. I swore I would NEVER go back because of the horrible experiences I had on more than a couple occasions. Earl was awesome! He communicated with me about my car and what was going on with it and he even went above and beyond so that I know what services will be needed in the future! Because of Earl, I will come back!

Got there on time and was taken right in with no long lengthy waiting. Car was serviced new tires installed and a car wash what else you could wish for thanks guys you'll the best.

The customer service was really good. I had an appointment at 8:30. I arrived earlier than the appointment for an oil change and an allignment. My allignment was good, but the oil change and test drive for allignment still took until after 1 pm. Wait time was a little long, but overall was a good experience.

Was taken when I arrived discussed what was to be done! No more than a hour or so! I waited in the waiting room. Discussed what was done & recommendation in what might be done in the future . It was raining brought the car to me so I wouldn’t get wet. Very convenient!

Debbie Freeman is the greatest. She provided very friendly and excellent customer service. She is also very professional and very knowledgeable about cars. She definitely knows her stuff. I asked her several questions and she already had the answers. Due to her great customer service, I have no problem passing several dealerships to get more work done to my truck at your location. Im not sure what y’all pay her but give this lady a raise. A1 service all the way!!!!!!

My experience was much better than I’ve experienced before. I was greeted when I arrived, vehicle taken on time, and representative was knowledgeable.
