Great Service

I was a bit disappointed by the tire inventory that was there at the physical location. If the place was more stocked, I would of bought new tires that day.

Rafael, was very nice and I was in and out in less than an hour!

Service writer was very polite and got me in and out.

Deb at Nalley in Union City is AMAZING!!! She is very attentive, kind, and always willing to help. I hope that you all at Nalley treat her as well as she treats her customers. Not only was the service great, but I received a text as soon as my car was ready.

From the moment I pulled in I was met with what was the start of good morning. I was greeted almost immediately. (I actually was early for my appointment.). By the time I met with the service provider, Earl, I had two additional employees let me know that my wait would not be long. Earl was fantastic to work with and gave several options on my service that was needed that day and in the future. The work was actually less than I thought and I will be back to get a new set of tires before the promotion ends. Excellent from beginning to end.
