My experience with Vic was amazing, he truly went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The only things keeping me from leaving 5 stars was the technician who inserted himself into our conversation & began to argue with me whether my warranty would cover the repair. Mind you he had no idea what type of warranty I had, nor anything else about the situation. He also reprimanded me for not having less than half a tank of gas in the car when I brought it in. I explained that no one told me that it needed to be that way or I would have made sure I had it correct. He continued to belittle me until I finally just ignored him all together. Also, I received a statement stating that I owed $252 for the loaner car that o was given (for less than 12 hours) because I “turned it in late” when I actually turned it in same day. The vehicle just wasn’t checked in until 5 days later. The manager gave me a call & settled everything for me. Again, Vic was amazing & really did help me out a lot. I will recommend everyone to Vic personally.

Had an early appointment, when i got there i was check in 3to4 minute, in about 30 minutes take or give i was out, that's the kind of service i like not sitting there hours on hours , great job.

Although I weren't acknowledged/greeted while standing waiting for someone to help me, I can't rate the Service Advisor who assisted me, any less than excellent. He was very polite and provided excellent customer service. I understand that it can be hectic at times.
