I had a great experience at the service department of Nalley's Toyota of Union City. My representative was Rafael and I couldn't ask for anyone better. He was very attentive, took care of all my concerns, and did it all in an efficient and timely manner. I would 100% recommend this dealership and especially Rafael in the service department!

Earl was great, keeping me informed of progress throughout the day; very courteous & helpful. The 5 stars is for him. Your new detail company, however is awful! I was supposed to have a supreme wash where they vacuum the inside, wash the outside, clean the glass and shine up the trim and tires. The car hood & wheel covers were still dirty. I don’t know about the roof because I’m too short to see it. The floor mats hadn’t been cleaned and there were still crumbs on the seats. They sprayed tire dressing on the tires and there was still streaks of it running down the tire & wheel cover. They didn’t shine the bumpers & trim so I had to do that myself. I have a RAV4 so there’s a lot of black trim. I will not be bringing my car back for any detail work as long as you use this company. It basically looks like they ran it through a car wash, and shook what they could off the floor mats. Very disappointed with them.

Everything was taking care of and the workers were very professional and they knew there job.
